Upaya has the ability to provide a uniquely rigorous and challenging training experience in the St. Louis community. We are interested in graduate students looking to complete their master’s or doctoral practicum, internship, or field experience with an emphasis in evidenced-based practice. Weekly individual and some group supervision/consultation will be provided. You would learn about the administrative side of private practice and may have the opportunity to continue after graduation as a paid contract therapist at Upaya. To achieve required hours, at least 33% of direct hours must occur in the evening (after 4pm) or on the weekend; up to 3 weeks of vacation (across typical 9 months of training) permitted in order to limit interruption of care for clients.
