Kevia Halleman, LPC (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri; she sees adult clients (18+) doing individual therapy. Her goal is to guide clients in finding joy in the journey of life, embracing their true selves, and cultivating a sense of balance and empowerment. Whether you’re navigating challenges in your personal or professional life, Kevia is available to support you every step of the way.

Kevia is deeply passionate about supporting women-identifying clients on their journeys toward self-discovery and well-being. Her approach is holistic, sex-positive, and blends her background as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach within her therapeutic practice. This integration allows her to address the mind-body connection, helping them build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with themselves. Kevia is also committed to serving those with a diverse range of gender identities and from the LGBTQ community.

Kevia uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness practices, all centered around gaining insight and taking actionable steps toward personal growth. She believe in the power of both reflection and action to create meaningful, lasting change. She can provide formal trauma therapy via Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (PE), as needed. Trauma can profoundly impact one’s life and can cause distressing symptoms such as flashbacks and heightened anxiety. PE is an evidence-based, structured treatment designed to help individuals process traumatic memories safely and regain control over their lives; it helps to break the cycle of avoidance and allows your brain to re-learn safety and resilience.

Kevia grew up in Tulsa and lived in Tampa prior to moving to St. Louis. She enjoys live music of all kinds as well as cooking, lifting weights, yoga, meditation, and spending time with friends. Please reach out if you are interested in doing therapy with Kevia by contacting us below or calling 314-252-0675.
