Julie Schenberg, LMSW (she/her) provides individual and group therapy with adolescents and adults. Julie strives to create a compassionate and safe space for clients to process their trauma, while also utilizing a strength-based approach to support clients through self-reflection and growth. Julie specializes in trauma therapy utilizing EMDR, and she is on the DBT Consultation Team at Upaya. She is in the process of DBT core certification in the state of Missouri. She furthers her professional development through self-study; she is currently focused on the works written by DBT's developer, Marsha Linehan, PHD. Julie is working toward her state licensure as a licensed clinical social worker under the supervision of Chaz Franke, License No. 2017003445.
