Jenna Poppe (she/her) is currently earning her master's degree at Northwestern University's CACREP-accredited program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling after spending many years in the corporate relocation and software industries. She changed career paths because of burnout and a desire to do the work she felt she was meant to do instead of what she had been told she was supposed to do. Jenna works to bring authentic curiosity, hope, resilience and compassion into her work with each client.

Jenna enjoys helping people manage the stress of their multiple life roles and better understand the physical and relational responses to these challenges. She is passionate about helping women navigate their identities, understand and manage societal expectations and better live in alignment with their goals and desires. Jenna believes in forming a partnership with clients to help them build belief, confidence and practical tools to navigate transitions and everyday struggles.

Jenna grew up in Memphis and has also lived in Texas, Louisiana and Kentucky. She loves living in St. Louis with her husband, two children, labradoodle, pug and Dachshund puppy. Jenna loves: traveling, planning, working on (and sometimes completing) projects, researching and learning about all the things, naps, reading and watching rom coms, learning to play the guitar, sitting on her back porch, happy art, lifting weights, being on the water, spending time with friends, raising good humans and watching Ted Lasso.
